REFERENCE PROJECTS: a visual tour
Digital Twin: Tire Model Recognition and Precise Positioning
This project uses AB PLC as the main control and relies on Cognex cameras for tire model recognition and precise positioning. Based on visual positioning and model recognition, two FANUC robots work together to load tires and distribute them to the entire vehicle production line through a conveyor system.

High Storage System: storing and managing batteries
In our upcoming series episode, we introduce you to Isabella Chad, our General Manager of Sustainability. Erika shares insights into her transition from Silicon Hills to the steel industry, our company’s sustainability progress, and our employees’ pivotal role in shaping a future that embodies “Best for.”
Car Parts High Storage: an Intelligent Warehousing Solution
This project utilizes automated storage and retrieval system (AS/RS) technology and conveyor technology, incorporating multi-level racks, stacker cranes, conveyor systems, and intelligent management systems to achieve automated storage, retrieval, and scheduling of vehicle parts.
Heavy-Duty EMS Conveyor Line FOR BULKY ITEMS HANDLING
It is widely used in manufacturing, automotive, aerospace, and other industries where the efficient movement of large, heavy, or bulky items is required. The EMS conveyor line is integrated with advanced control systems, enabling automated operation.
Flaw detection system for loading and unloading of airbag steel pipe
The project uses Siemens control system, ABB Robot, special gripper, and flaw detector to realize the flaw detection of processed products. The qualified products and waste products are stored separately and the detection report is automatically uploaded to the upper computer system.
Car body high storage
This project utilizes automated storage and retrieval system (AS/RS) technology, incorporating multi-level racks, stacker cranes, conveyor systems, and intelligent management systems to achieve automated storage, retrieval, and scheduling of vehicle bodies. The three-dimensional warehouse is typically equipped with high-precision sensors and RFID technology to ensure accurate positioning and traceability of vehicle bodies.
Stacking of rotor silicon steel sheets
The project adopts ABB Robot, quick change fixture, initial positioning camera, precision positioning camera, defect disk detection camera and automatic feeding turntable, which can realize the automatic stacking of five specifications of silicon steel sheets and eight specifications and models of silicon steel sheets with different rotor disk heights.
Stacking of rotor disk
The project adopts ABB Robot, high-precision positioning camera, defect disk detection camera and automatic feeding system, which can realize the automatic stacking of silicon steel sheets of the same kind, different rotor disks and different heights with multiple specifications and models.
Tire identification using Machine Vision
The project adopts industrial vision camera, realizes the type recognition of hundreds of tires through the self-developed machine learning vision system, realizes the tire type recognition through the different forms of tires, characteristic points and other information, and stores and records the information, with a false positive rate of less than 1/10000.
